Our Shipping Information & Refund Policy

Shipping Information - Oders are shipped to the address indicated in your purchase order.  Please make sure to verify your address as you are making your purchase, as we do not cross-reference the address with your PayPal address. If the item is being shipped to a different address, for example being given as a gift, please email us at latoya@soireepaper.co.

After the your approval of the proofs for your order and production has finished, your order will be submitted for shipment. 

{Production Schedule}

Notecard orders typically ship 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Social invitations typically ship within 1-3 weeks of receipt of your final payment. 

Wedding invitations vary in shipping schedules due to the complexity of each order.  The typical turnaround is 4-5 weeks or less during off peak wedding months. 

All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (including additional insurance) - unless you have requested a different carrier.  If you would like FedEx - please advise so that those cost calculations can be added to your invoice.  Please note that Priority Mail costs can be looked up online for cost verification.  Insurance will also be added to your total to cover the entire amount of your order in the event that the USPS has a mishap with your order once it has been mailed.  We will email you when your order has left our studio and provide you with the tracking number of your package so that you will know the estimated date it is scheduled to be delivered.  Please track your package via the carrier you have selected and please note that during the holidays and other busy mailing times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order.  Every effort will be made to complete your order and place it for shipment with your selected carrier in accordance with the above stated production schedule. 

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit - Once an order is placed in the mail, it becomes the responsibility of the US Postal Service.  Soiree by Panache Design does not guarantee the arrival date of any order.  If the US Postal Service damages or loses the order, Soiree by Panache Design IS NOT liable for the loss - this is why additional insurance is included to the shipping costs of your order - to protect you in this extremely rare instance.  In addition, Soiree by Panache Design WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays.  In the event of any of the above stated situations, please contact the USPS or the carrier that you have selected with your receipt as emailed with the tracking number.  Please note that per the USPS, items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.

{Refunds + Exchanges}
Because we offer truly customized products Soiree by Panache Design items, cannot be refunded or exchanged.  If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.  If, however, the item has been printed as approved by the client - the error is then with the client.  If the order is still in production, it may be possible to invoice a reprint fee to ensure correctness.  If the order is already assembled however, no refunds or exchanges are possible at that point.

Please be aware that Soiree by Panache Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures.  All computer monitors display images in RGB format (each calibrated differently) and all Soiree by Panache Design printing is done in CMYK format, so a slight color variation from your computer screen to the actual print job may occur.

Our Proofing Policy - as a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order before it goes to print.  However, please note that all orders are limited to two proofs.  Should any additional proofs be required for an order beyond the first two, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
